- Check out more than 11:00 will be charged NT $ 500 per hour (NT $ 1,000 for family room and presidential suite), late check-out up to 14:00, overdue will be charged the full price of the day
- Notice for online reservation cancellation:
- According to the <Regularized Contract> issued by the Tourism Bureau, after the reservation is established, 30% of the total price of a single reservation must be paid as a deposit
- Guests who cancels the reservation on the day of the check-in day or slacks the notice, the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit
- Guests who cancels the reservation 1 day before check-in, the cancellation fee is 80% of the deposit
- Guests who cancels the reservation 2 to 3 days before check-in, the cancellation fee is 70% of the deposit
- Guests who cancels the reservation 4 to 6 days before check-in, the cancellation fee is 60% of the deposit
- Guests who cancels the reservation 7 to 9 days before check-in, the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit
- Guests who cancels the reservation 10 to 13 days before check-in, the cancellation fee is 30% of the deposit
- Guests who cancels the reservation 14 days before check-in date will not be charged a cancellation fee
- If the sale product is clearly marked as "limited purchase, non-cancellable", the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total transaction amount
- No pets allowed (offenders will be charged a cleaning fee of NT $ 4,000)
- Do not engage in illegal activities such as gambling in hotel
- It is forbidden to use hotel facilities to engage in illegal acts. If the above acts are carried out, the hotel reserves the right to prohibit guests from staying and shall be referred to the police
